Minimum qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in partnership management.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in a professional services role (eg, Management Consulting or Investment Banking).

Knowledge of Stadia's and Company's products and the industries they operate within.

Ability to manage multiple internal and partner facing work streams at the same time.

Ability to escalate and clearly present distilled key deal issues to senior management when appropriate.

Demonstrated communication skills, with the ability to provide insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

As a Strategic Partner Manager at Stadia, you will collaborate cross-functionally to establish and drive the strategy for Stadia product partnerships on a global basis and work with external partners to manage and implement agreements that accelerate growth for Stadia products. The Stadia Partner Growth and Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with Companys partners, first and third party. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, helping them find ways to grow using Stadia's unique product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape the future for Stadia products and our partnerships ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Serve as Stadia's main day-to-day point of contact for a variety of external and internal partners, troubleshooting issues and responding to time-sensitive inquiries.

Oversee all aspects of partnership launches and in-life management, working closely with relevant cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, legal, GTM and content.

Navigate cross-functional complexity to quickly and effectively bring open issues to resolution and drive incremental growth for our partnerships.

Analyze partnership effectiveness and seek ways to optimize growth. Influence the broader partnerships team with key learnings and strategies for future programs. Lead exploratory discussions with potential third-party partners.

Support departmental strategy and operations, including goal-setting, financial Organizationeling, forecasting & budgeting, evaluating new opportunities, and presenting recommendations to management teams and diverse stakeholders.
