Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in partnership management.
Experience in a professional services role (eg, Management Consulting or Investment Banking).
Knowledge of Stadia's and Company's products and the industries they operate within.
Ability to manage multiple internal and partner facing work streams at the same time.
Ability to escalate and clearly present distilled key deal issues to senior management when appropriate.
Demonstrated communication skills, with the ability to provide insightful, data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Serve as Stadia's main day-to-day point of contact for a variety of external and internal partners, troubleshooting issues and responding to time-sensitive inquiries.
Oversee all aspects of partnership launches and in-life management, working closely with relevant cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, legal, GTM and content.
Navigate cross-functional complexity to quickly and effectively bring open issues to resolution and drive incremental growth for our partnerships.
Analyze partnership effectiveness and seek ways to optimize growth. Influence the broader partnerships team with key learnings and strategies for future programs. Lead exploratory discussions with potential third-party partners.
Support departmental strategy and operations, including goal-setting, financial Organizationeling, forecasting & budgeting, evaluating new opportunities, and presenting recommendations to management teams and diverse stakeholders.
