As an Engineering Manager working on the Horizon team in AR/VR Social Experiences at Facebook, you'll manage a team building the core of the Horizon Real Time simulation. You will be responsible for technical strategy, architecture and delivery of advances in Entity Component and Job System, Physics Simulation, Rendering, Particles and other performance critical systems that power the experiences built in the Horizon App.
The ideal candidate is an experienced software engineer and manager with a background building core systems in high performance custom engines, as well as Unreal and Unity. Experience building two sided marketplaces of consumers and creators that include sharing and social features as well as experience in VR is a plus.
