Service CS Associate

Manage daily RMA status and key in customer ATA (actual time to arrive)
Manage Buffer Stock of LGDUS and ETS (turnover rate, backorder, in-transit)
Process received RMA shipments considering RMA TAT and meet the target rate
Sell slow and non-moving buffer stock to the local vendors
Manage parts (forecasting, securing, allocating, selling, backorder)
Make weekly issue report (current Parts & BA statuses) and report to the management
Make weekly and monthly reports and monthly standard reports for buffer stock, parts and B/A and report to Headquarters
Support customer's daily report (RMA quantity, shipment quantity)
Re-work issue for OBA (out box audit) defect product
Collaborate with other departments and management on RMA planning and status
Participate in continued learning and skills building as required to support the business
Discuss visibility, direction and alternative solutions of any issues found with management
Proactively identify and resolve potential problems or issues that may impact other parts
Comply with all required safety/ quality regulations and with the company's policy and procedures
Perform other related duties as assigned
