We are seeking a Technical Information Security Program Manager to join our Splunk Global Security team. In this role you will provide operational support, and work alongside the Chief of Staff to the CISO to develop and execute a strategy to optimize service delivery for a scalable approach to strategic planning. The key to your success lies in partnering with our cyber security leadership team, and partners. A capable candidate will effectively manage intra-function coordination, understand requirements, and ensure that solutions and services across the extended team are in alignment with service investments.What You'll Be Doing:Strategic planning and budgeting to ensure alignment with business objectives and investmentsCoordination of medium- and long-term initiatives to support implementation of security measures and servicesPursue operational strategies to scale service capabilities and deliveryWork with information security service owners on capacity planning, delivery, communication strategies, and status reportingDefine and manage dependencies on external teams by driving alignment on commitments to successfully deliver servicesDevelop and lead change management and communications efforts intended to inform and influence internal and external stakeholdersBuild partnerships, acting as a liaison to gain trust between the Information Security team and business partnersPartner with the compliance team to provide evidence to auditors that demonstrate efficacy of security controlsWho You Are & What Makes You Qualified:Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong organizational planning skillsExcellent analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skillsBudget management experienceExperience with service, process, and project managementUse a data driven approach to influence decision makingA solid grasp of security controls and domains, and able to accurately articulate this information in clear and concise terms8+ years of relevant work experience within IT and/or Information SecurityB.A./B.S or equivalent practical experienceYou are eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorshipWe value diversity at our company.
