We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our LinkedIn Learning Product Management team in Sunnyvale. We're building a Learner Experience Platform with the goal to offer the highest engagement learning platform in the market. This role is critical to the success of the platform by helping organizations bring in their preferred content libraries to help their learners be more successful.Within the Learning team, you'll be part of the Creator track which is responsible for bringing first and third party content into the LinkedIn Learning platform. This role will collaborate closely with engineering, business development, product marketing, design, data science, business operations, and other cross-functional teams.Responsibilities+ Lead the overall product roadmap to help organizations be able to provide their employees with access to their preferred content libraries. This involves integrating content from Learning Management Systems (LMSes) and other third-party providers.+ Drive product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements+ Partner with Go-To-Market (Product Marketing & broader Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and more) to bring features live to the site+ Evangelize the strategy to internal stakeholders, including executivesBasic Qualifications+ 7+ years of experience in product management+ BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experiencePreferred Qualifications+ Masters degree in business or technology-related field+ Experience working in high-growth technology companies+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate findings/insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences+ Experience in edtech companies+ Experience working as a software engineer+ Experience building web and mobile products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch+ Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
