Summary:We are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join an established, fast-growing, venture capital-backed team in the Translations Solutions space. The Sales Executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.The organization is quietly disrupting the language and translation solutions industry by assembling a portfolio of high-performing and complementary language service providers, then adding value and leveraging synergies for the collective benefit of our companies and customers.Responsibilities:Research and identify new business opportunities within the assigned client base and with prospective new clientsPrioritize and pursue prospects or leads (contacts)Communicate with prospects to identify appropriate contacts and qualify leadsWork an existing network of contacts for advocate referralsMeet and exceed assigned target quotas for revenue and KPIsRemain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitorsEnhance customer success by establishing and enforcing organization standardsMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networksDevelop and implement plans and sales strategies to identify opportunitiesProvide timely documentation of all sales activity in company CRMCreate, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel reportsDevelop domain expertise in your assigned vertical market, identify emerging trends, and become a sales expert in the company's solutionsActively participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performanceFlawlessly execute on company marketing campaignsBe active on social media by promoting BIG-Language Solutions and yourself as a practicing professional and thought leaderCultural fit is paramount, check your ego at the door, and be a team player.Required Skills and Experience:3+ years of end to end sales experience in the Language Translation Services and/or Solutions industry3+ years of experience selling in the Intellectual Property or Legal industryTrack record of exceeding sales metrics and goalsStrong consultative sales skills with a sense of urgencyStrong networking skillsBusiness development, prospecting and lead generation skillsCRM skills, leverage the system and updates consistentlyGreat presentation skillsSuperior: Sales Approach, Phone Skills, Objection handling, Active Listening, Objection Handling, Resourcefulness, Organization/Planning, Energy, Hunting Ability, Sales Acumen, Team Player
