Our Northern California region is growing our Sales & Marketing team and we are currently seeking a technology Sales Executive to get results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of technology delivery opportunities. Successful candidates are passionate about technology and can identify new client opportunities - all while growing in a people-first corporate culture!Responsibilities Build a portfolio of technology-based delivery work in the Enterprise sectors Partner with clients to understand their technology needs and recommend solutions that add value to their businessDevelop deep partnerships with the Slalom Delivery Centers and the market leadership teamBuild confidence and understanding of the remote Slalom's technology delivery modelDrive activity in partnership with the account and practice leadersWork with new and existing clients to build a pipeline and secure new MSAsActivity and relationship-focused and can sell to multiple accountsDevelop and share sales collateralManage negotiations of the opportunities in the pipelineHost and facilitate Slalom marketing eventsPrimary liaison with some of our client' most senior executivesDefine win themes based on our competition Who You Are 8+ years of previous sales and account management experience that includes management consulting servicesPassionate about sales and technology deliveryExcellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service and interpersonal skillsBudget and project management experienceExperienced in establishing relationships with CXOs and business decision-makersSkilled at leading teams through complex technology solution salesExperienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people management skillsCreative and innovative; seen as a visionary in their approach
