Primary Duties:Processing telephone leads as well as answering customer questions from website via our online data site.Answering group telephone lines to answer questions or convey messages to the appropriate manager. Also, responsible for checking Voicemail system messages for the group extension.Answer any group questions that will come through, and when necessary send the appropriate reservation documents and catering menus to each one.Enter reservations into the system once the pre-booking process is complete.Check for Birthday or Group reservations at the start of day and put signage in proper group areas.Greet and entertain groups if waiting for park to open.Guide groups to their designated areasHelp set up for groups and birthdaysAny other reasonable requests asked by managementJob Requirements:Over the age of 18 years oldHigh Energy Level and EnthusiasticGreat Communication and Highly OrganizedProficient in Microsoft ProgramGreat Customer Service Skills and able to defuse situations until a manager can get there.Resourceful, Highly Dependable, Professional Work EthicMust be available weekdays,weekends and Holidays.
