This role entails working with business leaders to drive the company's most important strategic priorities. It means being responsible for program managing and ensuring the execution of all the strategic initiatives at Workato. And doing so by bringing a high standard for problem-solving, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional leadership. Additionally, you'll create reports that measure process performance against project initiatives and goals and provide leaders with status updates/feedback. You'll aggregate inputs of core strategies and utilize problem-solving capabilities to improve the quality of the overall outcome. In addition, you will coordinate, support, and lead both small and large working sessions with business stakeholders that drive to conclusions, agreement, and outcomes. Responsibilities: Support the overall strategic initiatives planning and implementation process Work with various teams, like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, to execute detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports Create links between individual projects and the broader strategic initiatives Ensure deliverables are achieved in a timely manner to meet company-wide objectives Escalate risks and facilitate leadership discussion to resolve and bring the group to decision quickly Assist in building strategies, facilitating planning sessions, and driving change activities required to meet stated goals Develop an organized, comprehensive, and realistic project plan that incorporates all functional needs Manage all tracking and weekly progress reporting for functional leads and senior management team using systems and automation where possible Drive flawless execution by asking tough questions and ensuring deadlines are met Keep abreast of industry and market trends in order to assist in identifying and driving new, complementary business opportunities Experience in reviewing, analyzing, and providing insights and recommendations based on business data Qualifications: 4-year or advanced degree in a relevant field. PMP certification preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-growing B2B technology company or in a strategic consulting company Competent and proven project manager with the ability to see the big picture as well as manage to the details to deliver projects on time and within budget Proven skills in managing projects using Agile methodologies. Scrum training and Scrum master certification is preferred Should be proficient in tools like Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, Wrike, Trello Strong problem-solving skills; ability to break down problems into fundamental parts, identify root causes, synthesize findings and make informed decisions Strong written, verbal, communication, networking, and presentation skills Must be well versed in developing and interpreting analytical reports used to measure change Why Workato?
