1. Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features, platform and products for our content creators (eg video editing, effects, and AR);
2. Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to analyze patterns and trends and identify new opportunities;
3. Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally;
4. Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations, help create and manage a feature backlog and drive roadmap planning.
1. 5+ years of product management experience at a consumer technology company or entertainment company;
2. Passionate about TikTok, augmented reality and immersive technology;
3. Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
4. Experienced in performing product-oriented quantitative and statistical analysis;
5. Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance;
6. Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
