Team effectively with inside and outside sales representatives within the local markets to identify and develop target accounts. Form sales leads, prospects, builds relationships and drives revenue from new accounts by analyzing market conditions, competitive position, potential and current customer needs: Develop and implement strategies to identify business opportunities with new and existing customers and to differentiate Company products and services Develop and deploy appropriate pricing strategies Employ a thorough understanding of customers, competitors, and market conditions to favorably influence contract terms and product selection and usage Collaborate with other representatives to promote lead sharing between territories wherever possible Manage customer accounts by developing and employing a thorough understanding of customer needs: Execute Single Point of Contact strategy. Manage overall relationship and provide best-in-class support for all projects/sites Network within customer organizations and develop profitable relationships with all decision makers Communicate all customer requirements and issues to branch personnel and coordinate execution to ensure customer satisfaction and continual growth of our company's Share-a-Wallet Cultivate and maintain effective customer relationships Responsible for personal productivity, using all company tools and systems to maximize revenue and continually accelerate growth: Maximize selling time and account coverage (minimize travel time) through personal discipline and effective use of territory quadrants Maximize productivity through effective use of SFMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer contacts and call logsOrganize, evaluate, schedule follow-up action for all incoming leads dailySchedule recurrent and follow-up sales calls as well as investigative visits for new opportunities Keep company vehicle clean and organized Support and participate in team sales initiatives by sharing information and providing support in account sales and service activities. Facilitate communication and coordination of sales and services with customer accounts Team with other outside sales representatives, and coordinates with branch resources Attend sales meetings as required QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Minimum of six months' work in ISR, Sales Associate, or Operations Manager role, or one year of experience in a sales-related role requiredBasic skills in Microsoft Office products and the use of computer applicationsAbility to calculate pricing, percentages, expenses, and profit marginsAbility to read and interpret instructions and numerical contract informationCRM software experience preferred (Salesforce a plus)Communicate effectively verbally and in writingDemonstrate effective interpersonal and influencing skills along with knowledge of excellent selling practices and techniquesExhibit leadership skills needed to plan and manage assigned accounts and high-level customer contactsHold a valid driver's license (Company car provided)Additional InformationWork environment is consistent of an office located on parcel housing construction equipment inventory and repair/service shop. Safety training required; PPE required outside of office/parking lot area. Occasional lifting may be required up to 25 lbs.
