A senior individual contributor in a Technical Solution Marketing role with primary focus on building, driving, and architecting NSX solution in VMware on Hyperscale Public Cloud providers. Key skill set requirements are technical solution development, right mix of VMware components and stack (SDDC), cross-domain knowledge with public cloud. Diverse skills to operate in a matrixed environment with both a technical and interpersonal acumen to influence and drive the outcome of the solution specific but not limited to NSX.
Technical lead in building NSX platform applicable to clouds
Provide foresight into future challenges on adaptation, customer preference and scale
Work closely with Product Management, Development and Quality Engineering teams within BU and cross-BU.
Review functional specifications and identify areas of interpose, cross-platform requirements, etc
Validate & Test end-to-end solution
Build training material and demo/lab environment for internal Sales/Support teams
Build and deliver customer presentations to high-level executive audiences as well as operational/technical audiences
Monitor and measure partner progress against business plan and recommend changes as needed.

Skills and Experience:
At least 7-10 years of experience in domains relates to data center, cloud and networking
Experience on VMware SDDC - NSX, vSphere, vRA, DC Networking specifically MSDC
Operational knowledge of any of the cloud - AWS, Azure or Google a plus
Experience in at least two or three technology areas such as building large scale DC, Identity and Access, Cloud Centric networking and Routing
Proven experience in hosted, cloud or multi-region data center
Ability to connect dots finding dependency and passion to drive to build a cloud centric solution.
Self-motivated, problem solver that can figure out what to figure out, Ready to be hands when appropriate
Requires little direction or need for well-defined and standard processes; comfortable working in fast paced start up like environment with a can do attitude
Resolves intra/inter team/company conflicts effectively and in timely fashion
Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills at industry conferences
Experience as a player/coach with global experience a plus
Technical and Business Sales Acumen with excellent customer facing skills and ability to present to customers in field visit/EBC settings.
Clear and concise documentation ability building technical content
Ability to deal with ambiguity and adaptable to change
Travel as required
