Performs new work types and owns specific work projects.ResponsibilitiesApplies full knowledge of the functions and mechanical workings of all machines, including ink mixing and color matchingPossesses knowledge of all job-related policies and procedures in moderately detailed situations with limited supervisionTrains and assists other operators in interpreting and applying job documentsInteracts optimal with internal partners to resolve moderately complex problems with troubleshootingFollows all required safety practices, and regulationsFollows work order instructions and performs labeling requirements. Performs tests per ISO proceduresAdheres to efficiency standardsStays in sync with all required safety practices and use of PPEResolves a variety of problems of moderate complexity by following highly detailed instructions or proceduresReceives direct supervision for routine work, new projects or assignmentsTrains other team members advised by supervisor or leadQualificationsRequired:High school or equivalent 2+ years experience within manufacturingAbility to communicate both written and verbalBasic computer skills and technologiesPreferred:3+ years of narrow web flexographic printing experience a plus3+ years of related experience operating any combination of press, converting, and finishing equipment (die cutting, laminating, slitting)Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsAble to work effectively with othersZebra is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
