Company DescriptionWe are the largest general rental company from South Korea with a strong presence in the IT, Construction, and Logistics industries in Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and the US.With rapid growth and plans for further expansion across the U.S., we are looking to build a strong team for our new branch in Carson, CA.Job DescriptionService all walk-in and existing customers to maintain and increase the company's customer base and to achieve rental, sales, and service revenue goalsManage new and existing customer accounts by negotiating terms, managing customer expectations, and resolving customer problems, issues and concernsDevelop new accounts by marketing company product lines and offering value-added servicesPrepare bids on new and existing jobs and projectsIdentify and develop new service contract opportunities. Receives customer orders and serves as the customer contact point on rental equipmentDevelop a referral network to assist in increasing the client baseMay assist in orienting customer on equipment and vehiclesAssist in implementing, sustaining, and developing quality process improvements that focus on safety, financials, operations, and customer serviceAll other miscellaneous duties as assigned within departmentQualificationsHigh School Diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's in Business Management, Construction Management, Business Administration or Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred1 - 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience in construction or manufacturing industry highly desirableValid driver's licenseDemonstrated sales and customer service skills Must interact with internal and external customers in a cooperative and professional mannerEffective oral and written communication skills to communicate with store, division and regional managementMust speak fluent EnglishIntermediate MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills, and familiarity with CRM software (salesforce experience a plus)Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization and customer operationsKnowledge of basic business accounting principles, budget preparation, and business acumenExcellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skillsDriven and results oriented, business development and KPIs to meet corporate targetsStrong technical aptitude and understanding of construction equipment and rental industry a plusAdditional InformationWork environment is consistent of an office located on parcel housing construction equipment inventory and repair/service shop. Safety training required; PPE required outside of office/parking lot area. Occasional lifting may be required up to 25 lbs.
