Your day-to-day support activities will include what are commonly known as "help desk support" tasks such as monitoring and maintaining system resource usage, security, operational standards, system performance, end-user issues, and attending to operational problems related to various network components.Responsibilities: Provide onsite and remote technical assistance to client baseDiagnose and resolve desktop technical hardware and software issuesResearch questions using available information resourcesLog all customer interactions in ConnectWise and follow all standard procedures including documenting resolutionsField incoming phone inquiries and enter new tickets in ConnectWiseInstall equipment and provide initial start-up and training assistance to client's in-house personnelQualifications: College degree2+ years related experience and/or trainingIndustry certifications such as A+ or N+, MCP or MCSA (Windows 7, 8, 10)Ability to travel locally during the business day; some out-of-area and overnight travel may be requiredTechnologies:RMM Platform (Continuum)ConnectWise ticketing softwareBasic administration of Windows Server 2008, 2012, SBS2003, SBS2008, SBS2011Basic administration of AD, DNS, DHCPBasic administration of Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010, Office365SSL and other VPN SetupDatto / BDR Solutions, file restores/recoveryBasic administration/troubleshooting of Wireless TechnologiesBasic administration/troubleshooting of Windows Vista, 7, 8 & 10Basic administration/troubleshooting of printersBenefits:Our client values their employees' time and efforts.
