Team Background: On our Digital Media Go to Market (GTM) team, we help scope and drive the strategy that delivers growth and sales success across two of Adobe's largest product suites: Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. You will apply and develop expertise around ecommerce / subscription-based business models across multiple routes to market (ecommerce, partner sales) which use digital marketing practices across Consumer (B2C) and Small + Medium Business (B2B) customer segments. We partner with global Sales, Marketing, Retention, Finance, and Product teams to scope large cross-functional initiatives that result in improved customer experiences, increased new customer acquisition and greater customer retention. GTM provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and drives strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We align company priorities with strong day-to-day operations and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring seamless execution and operations against the strategy! Reporting to the Senior Manager of GTM Strategy & Operations and working in close partnership with the Vice President of GTM Strategy & Operations, your Business Operations (BizOps) work will focus on growing and retaining Adobe's Consumer and SMB customer bases, using data and market insights to find opportunities to grow among emerging geographies and customer segments, champion customers through their customer journey, and deepen customers' engagement, happiness, and ultimately retention. We are looking for someone with a business Strategy + Operations toolkit with ability to - 1) lead our Data Driven Operating Model (DDOM) Center of Excellence, 2) work cross-functionally to expand DDOM (adoption, scale, engagement) across our Digital Media business, 3) develop and manage the DDOM transformation blueprint annually and quarterly, 4) problem-solve operating model (people + process) optimization opportunities via an efficient and practical approach. The role partners daily with Senior Directors and Vice Presidents+ across the business with high visibility and impact, and requires strong poise, confidence, tenacity, and persistence to manage up and through obstacles!Key Responsibilities: Own and drive our "Data Driven Operating Model" - optimize and scale our single source of truth data + unified KPIs that we use to assess our day-to-day business performance, and manage the people + processes responsible for identifying, elevating, and actioning on the data / insightsPartner with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product teams to develop and execute plans that deliver quarterly and annual goals throughout the customer journeyCollaborate with Analytics teams to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into growth recommendations Obsess over all acquisition customer experiences (i.e. where customers "get to know" Adobe through our website, using free / freemium products, and the "free trial" experience) to continually optimize how we nurture customers along their journeyIdentify and prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g. country, route-to-market, vertical, product) and collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop programs to deliver against these opportunities (test, implement)Preempt and problem solve on all operational issues (clearing roadblocks to "get things done") and opportunitiesQualifications/Experience: Experience:Must be 1Y MBA StudentBS/BA with 3-8 years tech or management consulting experienceAnalytical mentality that can rapidly assess a business problem, structure and evaluate options, and executeAbility to quickly deliver executive-level presentations / communications which enable us to uplevel and act on data-based insights real-timeExperience with ecommerce / subscription business models and complex business environments a plusQualities:Tenacious problem solver with a strong sense of ownership, "doer" and "driver"Ability to work well with people to partner / lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact business initiativesCustomer first mentalityBrings a point of view supported by data, and can take a stand and advocate a course of action with executivesUnafraid of change, complexity, and fast-paced environmentsStrong sense of self, balanced with the motivation to put team firstStrong communications skills at all levels - ability to think + communicate strategically with executives and tactically how to "get things done" with functional partner teamsGlobal cultural awareness and experience with global teamsAdobe Benefits:At Adobe, you will be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
