  • Filing/updating/maintaining electronic records
  • Work with the quality control department
  • Update and maintain training logs
  • Perform regular audits to ensure accuracy of training logs
  • Preparing reports, presentations, correspondence
  • Assist in updating safety plans
  • Prepare notes from staff safety meetings
  • Assist in coordinating with local clinics and scheduling appointments for employees
  • Researching safety/claims related issues
  • Assist in tracking cost associated with safety related claims
  • Coordinate with insurance companies
  • Initialize and organize driver DOT files and performing periodic updates
  • Send out notifications for expiring documents and follow through on completion
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


  • Requirements
    • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Experience in construction industry
    • Able to keep confidential information
    • Detail-oriented
    • Background in general business administration is desirable
