Assistant Property Manager
Location: Hayward, CA (ONSITE)
Job Responsibilities
- Leasing & property management operations for large residential real estate complex
- Greet tenants, answer and appropriately direct incoming calls, and manage daily office operations
- Coordinate with tenants regarding inquiries
- Manage vendors and contractors as needed
- Prepare correspondence and reports for invoicing
- Distribute information including building memorandums, contact lists, and events
Position Qualifications/Requirements
- 3+ years' administrative experience
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate with all levels of staff and handle multiple tasks from various office departments
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Proficient with Real Page, OneSite, Lead2Lease or similar
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, not required
