Job Description:

  • Enter AR for operating branches and ensure accuracy of posting
  • Review cash receipts
  • Follow up on cash collections
  • Responsible for resolving outstanding customer payment issues
  • Perform bank statements and credit card statements reconciliation
  • Process AP invoices and review supporting information for proper coding, pricing, approval, etc.
  • Maintain and responsible for accuracy of general ledger and period-end close
  • Prepare monthly financial statement package
  • Support various tax reporting and audit preparation


  • Prior accounting experiences is a plus
  • B.A. in accounting degree is preferred
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
